help .. pump stopped working

My jebao return pump stopped working. I turned it off and cleaned it but when I turn in on it spins for a second then stops. Any ideas? Could it be the controller. The pump is from the group bye last November.

Double check the impeller.

Can you plug in the controller minus pump and test the volts?

Yeah I think I can do that.

Tested and its getting 24v to the pump. Have it soaking in vinegar and gonna clean it good to see what happens
