HELP Radion Connection problems

Having connection problems and not sure how to solve two of them are working fine but cant connect the new one I did Reinstalled the connection manager but after downloading it gave me a error message that something went wrong to see instalation log and at the top next to the ecosmart logo there is a small red circle with a white small X. when I open ecosmart live I don't see any Radions and cant add anything or do anything but manage account.

I tried calling but I get off from work around 2 and by the time I get home Ecotech is closed

I would recommend attempting to use a different USB cable or USB jack on your computer. If you do continue to have issues, emailing us would be a good option for more in depth troubleshooting.
