HELP, regarding Figi Gold.....

I bought some Figi Gold the other day (calcium additive) and mixed into a small bowl with some of the tank water and then added it to the sump and the water has been cloudy....has anyone else had experience with this product? Is this what usually happens?

when you mix it up, let it sit at least a few hours, if not overnight. You will have some cloudy water and then a heavier settlement in the bottom. Pour the water carefully into your tank, keeping the heavy settlement in the bowl. I don't have a fuge, so I toss the gunk. If you do, you could add it to a low-flow area of the fuge. I usually use about 1 tablespoon/gallon.

Thanks!! Wish they would state that on the directions!! Do you think it's going to damage any of my corals, fish, inverts since I didn't add it properly??

as long as the heavy particle stuff doesn't land and stay on a coral, you'll be fine.
