Help removing a tonga mushroom

I have a tonga mushroom that I removed from the rock last year sometime, and it left a small piece on the rock, well now that piece is about the size of a saucer and I need to remove him because he is interfering with the zoos that are next to him. Is there anyway that he cam be removed without ripping his foot? Or do I just yank him off and hope for the best?

set a small piece of rock next to him or almost on it and he might move to it and then remove the rock

chisel away the rock just below his foot?

You can get underneath it, but it will spew nasty stuff. Best to either break the rock as suggested, or cut it and kalk what's left on the rock like an aiptasia.
