Help: RODI to booster connections

I recently purchased Aquatic Life Buddie Booster and having difficulties figuring out how to make the connections. I have a 5 stage Rodi system with three ports left open and don't know where they should be connected to the booster.

On the RODI system
One port from stage 3 is open and both from stage 5.

On the booster I have the yellow top one left.

Not sure if I should connect the three ports I have open and connect it to the top yellow.

If anyone has any knowledge what I should please let me know.

Green labels look pretty clear to me.. Not sure what more I could add..

Unfamiliar with that pump, but booster usually goes after the prefilters and before the RO stage. My pump has just an input and an output.
