Help Roger!!!! multi controller out..

Hey Roger, my 7095 all of a sudden doesn't work. It doesn't light up anymore. In the past it has gone through some weird things like, all the lights or on but the pumps not working. But unplugging it has allways worked. nothing now. Can I send it in or what? Thanx

Yes, please include a letter with your contact info and return address. Before sending it I might suggest checking for water damage and trying another cable as these are the usual causes. Sometimes the cables get pulled or pinched when the controller is on a door and the driver is in the stand and the wires inside break.
