I have a fellow reefer im trying to help find source of nitrates and brainstorm why she is having algae and coral issues and while brainstorming and looking for a nitrate factory in her tank i discovered she added a rock in her sump that she broke in half last month and she said it was like clay inside and made a mess in her sump... smh she's new she didnt know. Anyways i read a forum some time ago about live rock rotting in the middle hers is a pukani like rock. Does anyone know anything about this or know which thread i was reading Before?
