Help - sequence Dart not pumping!

I'm having a problem. My controller turned off the pumps during the feed cycle, and when the timer kicked it back on, the sequence dart I have on closed loop didn't turn back on. Instead, it turns really hot. I took it apart, and the motor still spins, but then when I re-attach it to the closed loop, it doesn't pump water. I can still feel it vibrating.

What do I do??? Has this happened to anyone? I did a search and saw that it did happen to others, but no real answers. I will call Sequence tomorrow, but I'm hoping someone might be able to give me an answer sooner!

Thanks..

I assume there is a fan on the back to cool the motor? When you have the pump assembled can you turn the fan blade? Or you can take the pump off the sysem and see if you can turn the impeller with the houseing installed. just a thought.

that worked perfectly. thanks. I just took a screwdriver to the back where there is a manual knob for the impeller. A couple of twists, and kicked on.

thanks!

by the way, where in reading are you? it's nice that a local answered me.

jeez i didn't even notice that. I'm in Sinking Spring off of columbia ave (which turnes into old fritztown road). I live in the development on the left, before you get to the Sunoco station.
I work at Tom Masaon Mercedes off Lancaster Ave. How about you?
Always nice to see locals on here.

Is your dart running quietly? It seems like if it didn't restart, it might need a new bearing or seal. They do not normally get stuck when turned off. If I were you I'd watch it carefully for sure.
