One of my ORA Grade 'A' Picassos isn't eating, though his stomach is bloated. He has stringy white poop and he isn't swimming around as much as the other. He is swimming in the bottom left corner of the tank. He isn't struggling, but he isn't active. I think I saw him barf a bit because two pieces of brine shrimp and a piece of brown poop came from him. Poop wouldn't come from his mouth, but he wouldn't poop brine shrimp. I haven't fed him brine shrimp for a few days. Not sure where the brown poop would come from if his poop is stringy white. His friend is just fine and he is in the same tank. I can't lose this fish because it was expensive and I won't be able to get another.

Its hard to say what is wrong if anything. but white stringy pop is a sign of Brook but I can't be sure from you description. try feeding mysis shrimp or cyclopez and see if it eats then.
