help somthing is wrong with my tang

i hav a yellow tang hes been stying in one spot of my tank for 2 days hasnt gone up to eat or anything he looks healthy his eyes look around like he's nervous he stays in tht area in the pic usually he swims around happy any ideas what could be wrong
