Help Sump Divider

Hi folks,
I need to remove a partition in my Sump, - no problem with a razor blade and a Clamp.
But then while wet need to reinstall in a different place.
Would Silicone rubber do a good enough job whilst wet??

Silicone won't hold if the area is wet. I think your only options are to dry the sump out and then affix the baffle or maybe use an underwater epoxy if you can't do it dry.
