help!?! swim bladder problem?

Our fiji Puffer seems to have a swim bladder problem. It is swimming irratically and was stuck under a rock upside down. Whats does this mean?? It has also laid on the sand or has wedged itself between rocks most of the day. Is there any hope??

I have a sailfin tang who is doing the same thing. I have moved him to QT in order to possibly calm him a little, but still he is just sort of hanging in one spot, and having a hard time moving when he does try to move. I'm keeping him in the dark and in a small tank with a rock for cover. There is very little current in this tank, so as to not over power him. He hasn't eaten and I haven't offered anything to him to avoid fouling the water. I am thinking I should feed him soon. Any ideas?
