Help! Swim bladder problem?

I just got a few new fish in and they cannot maintain buoyancy. They are lying on their sides and will just thrash around in the water.

I'm assuming this is due to poor decompression. The type of fish is a flasher wrasse.

Is there anything that can be done?

Thank you for your help.

FutureInterest,

I'm sure a lot of people have read your post, (I know I did) but the problem that you pose is highly unusual, so there is not an immediately apparent answer Virtually all of the decompression issues I've dealt with have been the opposite - the fish floats.
A wrasse lying on the bottom probably has nothing to do with air bladder issues - could be stress, or any number of diseases. How many fish are affected, how long have you had them? Are they in a quarantine tank? What are the water quality parameters?
