Help this little Naso please

This little naso is in my care to be nursed back to health...problem is I'm not sure what he has. Not eating well, so he doesn't have much time

Your going to have to post more info,Sorry about that but from the pic it looks to be Ich or velvet which in that case I would Qt and start on cupramine copper.Maybe do a 5 minute fresh water dip first to give him some relief.

Is he flashing off the rocks,labored breathing,eating at all? or just a little? when did the spots come about? what size tank ect....

Not scratching at all, breathing a bit labored, eats very little. The spots definitely aren't ich. Spots appear to be 'painted' onto the fish, if that makes any sense (not bumpy or raised). He is in my 29g quarantine tank and was given to me to try to save. I think the slightly labored breathing may be caused by the cuprimarine I dosed the tank with. I did a 20g water change with water from my dt today to try to help that. I have a short video I can post somewhere if that will help (16mb)

Not even sure what I'm going to do with him if I do save him as my display is about maxxed out on tangs, but I can't bear to see fish just die so I'll try to get him better and then find him a home

the spots are just stressing marks
it's just his way to show it,don't worry about it

as for the other giving some more info would be great
