Help trouble shooting RODI system-

I have a RODI system from buckeye field supply (buckeye hydro)- 3 stage, 150gpd ro membrane. I went through the trouble shoot with their customer services reps and I sent them pictures. So we are pretty confident that my setup and hook up are correct... My problem is i'm only showing 20psi in my gauge from the unit (while i have 60psi coming into the system). Along with the low pressure im getting ridiculous rejection rate (30 waste to 1 product) wow.... after 2 hour we finally diagnose to could be faulty (COULD BE) capillary flow restrictor ( buying a new one ).. In the mean time I was wondering if anyone have similar problem/solution ? thank you

Notes- we know where my water pressure went ( waste line--- hence ridiculously rejection 30:1 )

you can put a valve on the waist line and set it for a 4:1 rejection to get you by until you get the part

yes.. that what they telling me to do.....but could a capillary flow restrictor do that??? i mean it a piece of plastic... can it really be the problem?

if the hole is to large it will or if its installed on the wrong line

well thank you for the trouble shoot im using a valve to slow down the waste output and that seem to be a temp. solution... waiting for my cap. flow restrictor... sigh...... I waste 3k water because of this lolol didnt realize...

I bought my RO/DI used so it didn't have a flow restrictor either, I just added an airline ball valve to the waste line, I've had it that way for a few months and I actually like it quite a bit.

Are you missing a flow restrictor? Is your flush valve open?
