Yes, the SL1 has the ability to monitor Temp, pH, ORP, as well as having 2 switch inputs that you could control your ATO with. You would also need to purchase a pH probe and a couple float switches to control the ATO. FWIW, the SL2V2 just came out, FINALLY which might be a better choice, especially for the pH monitoring because I believe it has galvanic isolation which will greatly improve the pH numbers. Unless you plan on monitoring ORP, the SL2 will give you the option to monitor salinity also. For some redundancy, you may want to consider a SW5 also. That way you can add a third float switch in case the "sump full" float fails and floods your floor.
