Help-Vertex Illumina SR260 Problem!

I got installed my new SR260 fixture yesterday (with 2 extra red pucks) and have been using the software on a laptop. I can upload the setting to the unit fine but it's not running the program directly. One of the LED pucks is amost always on, and the unit's not shutting down completely at night. It works fine when I compose the color, but not when it's running my program.

I've tried both expert and custom modes. I've updated firmware, did the 2nd button reset, and unpluged it. I want to run the unit at 5% white, 100% red for the first 3 hours but it won't let me.

Any ideas, radio interference?? It's really frustrating that the software on a $2,500 is so buggy!

Are you running the original firmware or you upgraded?
which firmware are you running and which version desktop?
Have you installed any AUX modules?
I have used this light for about a year or so now and no issues, actually never had any bug issues with the firmware BUT it takes a while to master the damn thing.
Simply too many features, makes it frustrating at first but once you get a hang of the options it dwarfs any other fixtures programming options!!!
Cheers,
Dave

Thnx for the reply. I'm running all the newest versions of the programs as per vertex's website. (I'm at work so I can't look up the ver #'s)
I have 2 red Aux modules which are working. The light won't turn off at all when it's running a program, last night I even left in in default mode and it didn't turn off

I'm experiencing a similiar issue where one of the pucks remains on throughout the night. This started happening when i upgraded the firmware to 1952 and desktop software 1906. I am running the custom program from 12:00 to 19:00 and no moonlight. After 19:00 the white Led on one of the pucks will automatically turn on. Unplugging the unit and plugging it back in would clear the issue. Does anyone know how to revert back to the old firmware?
