HELP Vor Tech punp don't work

That is a shame.
When you plug it in does a white light come on or does it cycle through a couple colors then goes white.
If you change the mode does it do anything? Can you hear a hum or feel the dry side doing anything?
Did you turn the knob clockwise?
You might consider having this thread moved to the ecotech forum here on RC.
