Help w/ 75g plumbing please.

I am ordering my 75g this week, and i want to make sure i get the plumbing right the first time:)

It will be acrylic.

My questions are : #1 What is the best return set up for my little giant pump?

Pump Details:The pump does like 1250 gph @3 feet of head.
This pump will be closed loop. This pump will be sitting at = level to the bottom of my tank, it will not be under the stand.

#2 What is the optimal bulkhead drain size? (1 inch or 1 and 1/2 inch ect. )

Also the returns i have planned are all going to be pvp elbows going threw bulkheads on the top back of the tank, not the back wall.

#3 What is the best way to split up my returns and how many total should i have? Examples: should i have 1 1inch pipe T off into 2 siple 1 inch returns?

Or should i split the output into four 1/2 inch returns?

Or should i do this another way?? hehe.

Any help on this subject is greatly appreciated.

Any1 here have the same size tank with a closed loop pump set up as the one i am setting up?

I just really need to figure out how many bulkheades to have pre drilled into the tank.

I am planning to do one like melves on his website. He gives details on his closed loop system.

Yeah i did c that on his site pretty cool idea!

But im just wondering if 2x 1 inch returns spreads out the flow and pressure good enuff.

And i so wish that wave maker came with 1 inch connections rather than just 3/4, then it would be alot simpler for me to plumb, instead of going down to 3/4 inch then back up to 1 inch.

Maybee i could go down to 3/4 inch and stay at 3/4 inch and have 4 3/4 inch returns ran off the wavemaker?

Lots of ideas and different ways of plumbing i guess, i just want to find the right 1.
