Help w/ 90 gallon H/overflow & CL manifold

I have a 90 G tank full of live rock... I am planning on either modifying it w/ Calfo overflow, or having glasscages.com build me a new tank w/ it installed... Also drilled for a closed loop pump intake... My question/questions are: How do I find the optimal plumbing specs for the overflow on this size tank?... Also the optimal size for the internal wier of the overflow... I have been reading RC, and now tried reading MD because Calfo went over there, Not a good forum IMO, the problem is that there is so much info on the subject... I find it hard to wade through all of this, and still get a grasp on my particular design... I see a wealth of pictures, so I know the basic idea very well... I just need some direction on where to find the info I am looking for, or some advice on how it needs to be set up... I plan on running around 4 times the display's volume through the sump, so the overflow will only need to be setup to accomplish this volume... I will then create the remaining flow needed w/ the CL manifold... I plan on feeding the skimmer directly from the overflow, or just putting the feed pump for it in a small container (inside the sump) to concentrate proteins... I would also like to know if Eurobracing on the tank is a disadvantage when it comes to the manifold, or overflow... If so I will go with the standard bracing/trim on top... You may also wish to recommend a minimal # of effluents coming from the manifold to acheive the remaining desired flow of around 2500 GPH... Would 6 be optimal? Too little? Too much?... I hope I have provided enough info, but if not please let me know!

Thanks,
