Help w/LaMotte alk test kit

I have been using Salifert alk test kits but due to some things I've heard recently about them I decide to change to LaMotte.

I must be missing something because all I can see is a reading in ppm. How to I convert ppm to dKH?

That's a nice conversion table.

1dkh = 17.86 ppm of CaCO3 (or 28.1 of HCO3.)

Had to come up with the same thing when I made the switch...

I found the little syringe a little harder to use than with Salifert. I compared them side by side w/Salifert and one tank was higher and the other lower. I'm sure I probably didn't measure it correctly on one of them (if not both).
