Help..what worm is this

Found a worm coming out from live rock and need to know if someone can tell me what it is and if its safe or if I should remove it

That is a bristleworm. Very common, quite useful. They clean up gunk, basically. Like some caterpillars, the spines can sting you. Just don't touch and you have an earthworm for your tank.
If you have five billion, you're overfeeding.
