Im moving my tank this weekend and I was hoping to add one or two more fish after the project is done and fish that you would reccomend for my tank?

Slow down and learn patience. This hobby is terrible for impulse purchases and rushing livestock. Move the tank, get some ideas and research the daylights out of them. In 6-8wks after the tank is set in place and you have no issues... make that purchase!

And when you're ready I'd recommend a Radiata Lion and a mid sized wrasse.

The lion should take care of the blue devil, a blessing in disguise (seriously, this fish is a real potential problem when adding new fish), and the cardinals. Why not do some research and decide what YOU like, then ask for opinions? I can't pick fish for people any more than I can pick their clothes. but, I can give just my opinion of what clothes look ugly on you or (IMO & IME) what fish won't do well, like the purple tang mentioned above. (I think your tank is too small.)

would a lunar wrasse or flame angel work

They should. But the Flame may not do well if the damsel starts harassing him, and I'd bet on it. Blue devils, especially when established, will constantly torment any shyer fish. If you decide on a Flame, they need lots of mature LR in order to thrive. The lunar wrasse is a tough fish and may have to show the cardinal fish who's boss; but should be ok once that's established. I've never kept cardinals and that is an aggressive wrasse; so this is just an educated guess.

I dont feel like my cardinals would put up a fight they surrendered to my eel pretty quicky , the cardinals I have had for about a year and the eel about two months.

I meant the Lunar wrasse, a quite aggressive wrasse---often called the "lunatic wrasse". These guys are, maybe, the biggest and most aggressive of the Thalassoma genus. IMO, a great group of fish in the right tank. I would guess it would be very intimidating (and possibly worse) to the cardinals, which seem to be very passive fish.
