Help with 2 part

Cal 540 (Salifert)
Alk 10.2 dKH (Salifert)
Mag 1360 (Salifert)
Phosphate 0 (No Colour) (Salifert)
Nitrate 0 (No Colour) (Hagen)

added 25 ml of Alk part.

I tested my water change water. It's Red Sea Coral pro salt.

4 gallons @ 1.026.

Cal 540 (Salifert)
Alk 14.0 dKH (Salifert)

I am assuming this is what is helping to keep my Cal @ 540.

I would suggest rechecking your salinity and how is it measured, Calcium and Alkalinity are unusually high for a newly mixed water unless the salinity is way high.
 
I use a refractometer to check the salinity. I just checked my tank and it was 1.026. I have no reason to believe it is wrong. I have also recently checked the calibration solution and it was dead on.

I am making another batch and will test all the paramaters again.

Yes, it is very strange to get high alkalinity and calcium in a salt mix if done at the right salinity.
 
I started a batch of water last night. It was a little low I think it was 1.023. I am going to test this water and see what I get before I raise it to 1.026.

Hopefully this will give me an idea as to what is happening and sort of test my test kits.

New Red Sea Coral Pro Salt batch@ 1.023. I verified my refractometer with provided test solution.

Hagen Calcium - 420 ppm
Salifert Calcium - 600 ppm (THREE TIMES) once low res, twice high res.
Hagen KH - 130 ppm of CaCO3 or ~ 7.5 dKH
Salifert Alk - 10.2 dKH.

My Tank

Hagen Calcium - 380 ppm
Salifert Calcium - 520 ppm

I am going to take my calcium test kit to the LFS this weekend and get them to verify their kit against mine. I do hope my tank is not @ 380.

I was thinking of adding 110 ml of calcium to bring my Hagen test kit up to 420. Which in turn should bring my Salifert up to 560.

110 ml in ~27 gal of water = 40ppm increase.
 
IMO your Salifert kit is way off, I have found more often than not that they are high versus other kits but usually only about 30 to 50 ppm, never that high.
You can post your lot numbers in the Salifert forum and if Habib is back he might tell you if he had reports or issues with those lots.
For the time being as the new mixed water results are more in line with the Hagen I would use the Hagen as the base for the adjustments.
 
I will be adding 25 ml of Alk and 110 ml of Cal.

I will post my batch number on the Salifert board.

I took my test kit to the LFS I bought it at. Along with my 600 ppm water. I asked if they would compare kits. LFS kit said 450 mine said above 500. The second he finished he reached under the counter handed me a new test kit and gave me 25% off the nitrate kit I need for my trouble.

So with my new kits I got the following

Cal 350 (Salifert)
Alk 10.9 dKH (Salifert)
Mag 1340 (Salifert)
Phosphate 0 (No Colour) (Salifert)
Nitrate 0 (No Colour) (Salifert)

I have a bottle of Seachem reef complete. So I will add 60 ml now to raise from 350 to 450, instead of the 2 part which would require 550 ml of the calcium.

Now I have noticed in increase in HA and other macro's in my tank. I am running Rowaphos and carbon. Both my Phos and Nitrate test kits show absolutely no colour. Anyone have any suggestions ideas.

Well. o suits. I personally think that the product is suitable because their standad production procedures and quality control makes it acceptable but having said that I think that if by any chance they run a batch that still meets the specs for industrial use they will let it pass so sooner or later I think we might get a surprise.
Think that if there has been problem batches on salt mixes which are more strictly controlled therewill be more chances that there will be issues with Mag Flake or Dow flake.
May be there have been already but not serious enough for us to notice. At the end is you personal aproach to gambling a bit.
If you have rare specimens difficult to replace, why to risk it for a couple of bucks? The fact that this products are popular because of the price does not necesarily means they are more suitable.
