Help with a blond naso not doing good

Been in the hobby for a little while now im haveing trouble with a blond naso he was doing good the other day and now he is breathing heavy and laying on his side no sign of any problem
Naso has some stringing looking stuff on his side fins

75g reef
3 fire shrimp
3 fire fish
Wrasse
1 cleaner wrasse
1blue chromis
1 tomini tank
20 turbo snails
20 or so hermits

Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Ph 8.2

Could be a number of things, when did you get the fish?

However the big thing sticking out to me is that tank is WAY too small for a tang. Tangs should have a tank at least 6' long with how much they swim, which equates to roughly 180 gallon set up, minimum.

Did you QT at all and if so what method did you use? How long have you had the fish?

+1 no Naso in a 75. Tank size recommendation is 150 and honestly I feel that is way too small.
