Help with a complicated Move

So I got a new tank, about 4 weeks ago and I got all new live rock and cycled it and everything. But now I have a problem. My old 20G nano has to go due to circumstances, and my 20G Nano has the best rock in the world, and all my best corals. So How do I pull rock out of the newly established 40G tank and replace it with the much better Nano rock without sending my tank into a cycle. Also how do I transfer my fish and Corals safely.

In a nut shell Old tank into new tank. avoiding another cycle.

question

is your nano running if so the rock is cycled
are the peramiters the same for both tanks
if you answered yes to these two questions then you should be able to transfer the rocks with no problems

Good luck

Ok, so I assume, take the rock out of the New tank that I want to replace, Get the Corals out of the Nano and bag them, then the inverts, and then the fish, and then take the rock out walk across the room into the new tank. Then acclimate fish corals and inverts.
