Help with AI Sol LED Lighting....please!

Hello all!
I have a 110 gallon reef with 2 AI Sol blues with an AI controller. I am having a difficult time with the settings. I had T5's with an Ice Cap for years with great success. I have mostly LPS.

Questions 1:
What do others use for light cycles?

Question 2:
Is it better to have a short period of intense light or a long period of consistent light.
