I need help identifying an anemone. If I'm putting this in the wrong forum please move
My pic isn't the best. I'm hoping I can get a better pic when my son gets home (kids have better phones)
So... I don't think it's aptasia..in all my years with reef tanks I have never seen one colored like this but I may be wrong.
This anemone is bright red, the whole base area is bright cherry red. There is a thin black line around the edge and the base of each tentacle is white and the tentacles are clear. It has a ton of tentacles around it also.
At first I thought strawberry anemone but every pic I see the tentacles have white balls on the tips and this does not.
Hopefully better pic coming soon.
Any help is appreciated.
