Help With Anemone Identification?

I would like to begin by saying that I don’t know much about anemones. Yesterday a local reefer took apart his tank and sold everything off; so I got one of his anemones for real cheap. He told me it was a “pacific anemone” and it would be very easy to take care of, it is about 2 inches across in these pictures, but since taking the pictures it has flattened out to about 3 inches:

Does anyone know what kind of anemone this is, have any basic or advanced advice? How does it look? What should I look out for? What should I feed it? How often to feed? Will it be ok under my stock bio cube lighting? (previous owner said it would) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Looks to me like one of the cold water anemones that live off the coast of California and northward. Maybe Anthopleura Xanthogrammica, the Green anemone. I could be wrong though.
