Help with aquascape

I'm not very good at this lol. I like the one on the left but not sure about the one on the right opinions?

Looks like you've got a good start. I'd play around with it until you're comfortable with the look. If you're like me, you'll end up moving/switching things at least a coupe times more later on.

right hear that wifey in the background you keep moving those poor plants around they are all gonna die. Woman I am trying to move them so they are happy gosh!!!! they just don't understand lol

to be flat out honest that looks like very solid not porous rock you may want to add some more in or be fighting nitrates
while I can appreciate the minimalist scape that's seems to be on the rise. these are the same people who advocate bio-pellet, vinager, carbon, vodka dosing. Its really slippery slope

ahh in that case forget about asking about the scape as that will change many more times heheheI wish i could link my phone's pics as my start had at least 15 different scapes before I added livestock. Quick tip any cuts on ur hands will become painful as all getup wear gloves for those long sessions
