Help with Blonde Naso needed

Here are two pictures of a Blonde Naso Tang I am babysitting for a friend. I hand fed him some sea veggies this morning & he looked perfectly fine. Tonight after work he seams to have blotches on his skin/ it's peeling off around the edges.

Any idea of what could have happened to him?

seems to be Uronema marinum at its early stage with secondary infection of fungal......this is an educated guess, would need more info for a better guess.

My friend will pick him up tonight & start treatment.
Do you know if this will spread throughout my main tank?
So far all other fish look fine.
