help with brain

This green pineapple has quit openning up. first noticed last week. It was eating shrimp very well up until then. I have had it about 3 weeks. LFS said it not to worry (last week). It was dripped, started on the bottom, then to mid level them to top 2 days ago.

Don't know, but it may not like the extra light you've been giving it or the change in flow....

I'd move it back to wherever it was doing the best and leave it there for a while. It looks like a little tissue may be receeding around the bottom edge. Could something be picking on it or could it have been stung by another coral?

Does the brain look like its dying?

The only other coral close to the brain would be our hammer-approx 8-10" apart and have not witnessed any sweeper tentacles (will have to watch closer now).

Do hermit crabs pick on brains?-have seen a few close to the brain but nothing directly on the brain itself.

If it was stung by the hammer-how long does it take to recover/reopen?
