Help with broken chiller

So I guess I need help.... once again

I had two current 1/4Hp chillers sitting in my storage for 4-5 years.
Since I got back in the hobby, I paid them a visit and they both aren't working anymore.
One just doesn't want to turn on and the other turns on and just turns right back off.
Any reccomendafions for chiller repairs?

I know there is someone locally that fix them but I don't have his info however I know air conditioner specialist could troubleshoot and repair them, in some cases it's just a matter of charging them provided they have a port.

But like Rog says, any AC repair guy can service them
