Help with Bulbs

Well time to change the bulb in my light, I have a 20" sunpod 150 W. Was thinking of spending some money on a nicer bulb. Is it worth the price difference? Also what brands are good?

I am using the 150W Radium 20k for the same fixture. It is a fantastic quality bulb, and the corals are doing extremely well in my 24 gallon Aquapod. IMO, it is worth the money.

How much is growth effected by the Kelvin? Is there a chart that actually teels the PAR value of each bulb.

I recently changed from a Mogul Base 250 Watt 20K XM to a Reef Optic 14K. I see a slight difference in color, but the growth actually seems less with the XM 20K opposed to the Reef Optic Bulb.
