help with canon a1000/2000 is pictures

Hi all,

I have the canon a1000is but plan to switch to the a2000is just for the extra zoom and screen size. I was wonder how I can get the color balance

tank lighting is current usa outter orbit 4x 39w t5 actinic 2x 150wmh radium and phoenix. To the eye it is not that blue at all but the image is super blue.

anyone have advice to what setting I should use? any free photoediting program I can use for color bal?

I'm sure The Gimp image editor will have tools to fix that. I'm not familiar with your camera but by canon rebel lets me adjust how blue or red a shot is in the custom white balance menu.
