My carpet has not been happy since I got it 4 weeks ago. It opens up nice big and fat at night but not during the day, it still wanders around the sand but tends to stay in the same area. However, when I feed it (silverside cut up, krill, etc) it eats then spit out after an hour or so. What do I need to do?
My water parameters are as follows: SG 1.025, nitrate <10, nitrite 0, ammonia 0, phosphate <.25, calcium 450, kH 11, ph 8.25. Tank is 75 gallon w/ outer orbit 2 150watt 14k and 2 130watt actinic, 125 superskimmer, and remote deep sand bucket.
Occupants: Achillies Tang, 3 bar gobies, nassarius snails, turbo snails, cleaner shrimp, emerald crab, and some astrea snails.
I have no idea what to do to help this anemone. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
