Help with chalice

I am thinking about keeping chalice and just wondered what kind of lighting etc do you recommend?

Something that will put 200+ par onto your chalice.

whether you pick halide, t5, PC, or LED is up to you.

I would go with T5s they just bring out alot more colors than the others because you can change the bulbs to your liking!!

I currently have 4 x 39W T5s, I wasn't sure whether to put 2 more 39W on but I have been reading they don't like too much light. My tank is 24" deep. I keep duncans, blastos and loads of other hard corals but I have never tried a chalice before.
