??help with clams

today my clam did not open all that well picked it up and found a bristle worm on the bottom of it and some type of small tan bugs help dont know if i should take him out or what does not really open up much any ideas what it could be have not added anything to my tank in months

make sure nothing is picking at it. the brown bugs sound like pods to me.

how long have you had the clam? what type of clam is it? what lighting do you have?

it is a 75 gal with 4 48inch vho & 250watt hqi new bulbs about 4 months old no fish seem to be picking on it i have had the clam for about 9 months it is a dersa clam my 2 other clam seem tom be doing just fine it seems like it is loosing its color

can you post the results from every test kit you have.

can you also post a pic of the clam or e-mail it to me.

also have you looked for pyram snails?
