Help with Clownfish

Hey guys so all my fish are in QT atm since the last fish i added showed signs of ich, but now my clown fish is all bloated and seems lethargic swiming at or near the bottom of the tank. They are begin treated with copper atm. Not sure what if could be. Is dropsy an option or is that only freshwater? I did check water para. Ammonia .50ppm Nitrite 0 and Nitrate 5ppm.

Drop some prime in there to knock down the ammonia? Do a 50% water change better I think. Idk but that level is probably making the fish very uncomfortable.

Yea that's what did. Was thinking of ditching the copper and trying Tt method but I need a second tank.

You don't necessarily need another tank. Do you have a clean Rubbermaid container laying around? I've used those large plastic tubs with the rope handles that costs $5 at Target.
How many fish do you have going through quarantine?
Dropsy (bacterial infection) can occur in saltwater fish but is not common. How are the fish doing since you did a water change and added Prime?

I did it last night before bed didn't get a chance to check on them before work. It's 5 fish atm in QT which is 10g. I'm trying to get my hands on a larger thank that I have room for.

Seems water change didnt do much. He is still breathing heavy and kinda swimming in 1 spot. Not sure what else to do. Im working getting a 30B to house these guys for he fallow period.
