Help with clowns

Hello, I have a two month 24g nano tank. I have added 2 black/white clown fishes last week, but now I have notice that one of those fishes has a cotton/velvet look from what I can tell. I am not sure, what is the difference. The readings of my tank are PH-8.0,AMMONIA-0,NITRITE-0, NITRATE- .10, ALKALINITY-300, SG-1.025, TEMP 80F. I just added the fishes less than a week ago. They seem to be swimming fine and eating ok. I add Garlic Extreme to the food. There only seems to be one that has it, the other one looks fine. I bought them both from the same place and they were in the tank together. I don't have any corals, those are my first fishes. I have taken some pictures, but the are not the best since they move around to much when I try to take it. I hope you can help me.

First guess is brooklynella. Typical case involves newly aquired clownfish that have recently been transported. Best treatment is a series of 3 formalin dips, one every three days.

How do I perform Formalin dips? What do I purchase? Do I do the formlin dip to both of them at the same time, or one at a time?

Here is a link. Use the dip for 45 minutes. Make sure to aerate during the dip and avoid breathing the formaldehyde. I have to get it at a pharmacy and sign for it because it is a poison. You want the 37 to 40%. Some fish stores sell it but sometimes it is a weaker form.

Were is the Link? what supplies do I need to purchase? I would like to know step by step on this procedure if possible. Do I do the formlin dip to both of them at the same time, or one at a time?

Thanks
