Help with coral and placement - white spots

I've had this coral for about 3 weeks. it had 1 small white spot when I got it (but that spot looked like a break). By day 3 it got a bunch of white spots and has browned out. I've seen no growth.

All other corals look good and are growing well. I have dipped and inspected for bugs multiple times and nothing has been found. My guess is it was stressed and compounded with my leds. Two weeks ago I switched to a ATI PowerModule. Since the switch the other corals have started really growing and coloring up.

I'm trying to figure out next steps for this guy. I'm not sure if has to do with to much light or not enough... Or maybe it just needs some more time. my newer pictures are washed out as I haven't fig. out how to take good pics under the new light.

Tank: 58Gallon, sump with Skimmer, two part dosing, also dosing AF B,E,V and AcroPower. 8% water change weekly. However, just this week I've switched over to AWCs of .8 gallons a day

My levels:Alk:150, Cal 450, MG 1410,NO3:0, PO:.02,PH:8.5, SG 1.026
My light: 10" above water. T5 100% 7 hours (2-9pm) leds: 15% 7 hours with 1 hour ramp up and 1 hour ramp down (1-10pm). (I have just incrased to ramp up at 2 from 15% - 30% at 5:30 and ramp back down to 1% by 12am.

I do about a 8% water change weekly. However, just this week I've switched over to AWCs of .8 gallons a day

Here are a few other corals that were acquired at the same time and placed next to this one on the coral tree:

Every coral is different. While your other two are doing just fine, the one with the issues may be receiving too much light for is personal taste. I'd try moving it down a bit more until you start to see positive results.

The Powermodule is an insanely powerful light. I wouldn't be surprised at all if too much lighting was the issue.
