Help With Coral

Can some tell me what wrong with my coral.it seems to be dying, i did water changes and it seems nothing is happening good.light is good and the water temp is good 78/

How long has your tank been set up?
What lighting do you have?
What filtration do you have?
What is your water source?
What kind is salt are you using?

And, what are the following water parameters?
Salinity
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Alkalinity
pH
Calcium
Magnesium
