Help with disease ID on clown triggerfish?

Hi all, I was hoping someone could help with IDing this disease... my first thought is that this is Lymphocystis, but I'd feel much better getting a consensus from others who are experienced with diseases.

Short backstory on the fish: bought this small (about 1 inch) clown triggerfish from divers den. QTed him and he seemed well, eating fine etc. Moved him to DT. He is still eating well, active and seems fine, but a few weeks ago I noticed a small isolated white growth on the very tip of his dorsal fin, which has since grown in size (see pic).

Any thoughts on what this may be?

Thanks all

I'm not good with pics; but if the growth somewhat has the texture of cottage cheese or cauliflower; its probably lympho. This is a virus and will usually disappear with excellent water & diet. Not really contagious, either.
