Help with Duel overflows

I have just filled up my 125 gal tank and one of the overflow can not seem to get enough water, it keeps sucking air ( the one closest to the sump ). The other one is fine and it is the one furthest from the sump. I am sure some one has a simple fix ,Please help me

What kind of standpipes are you using inside the overflows? Sounds like dursos perhaps?

Yes they are,I tried a bigger air hole and that seemed to work.

ok, that was going to be my next suggestion I went through the exact same thing when first setting up my dursos. My left durso has a much easier run to the sump (not as many elbows) so I have the same issue. I think I used 3/16" holes for 1.5" pipes.
