Help with dying colony

I noticed today that one of my colonies has some sort of disease or fungus that's wiping out polyps. There is no slime or other coating but the polyps are browning from the base up and dying pretty quick. Any ideas what it could be and how to stop it?

BTW it's only one colony that's being affected. Parameters are as follows;

SG 1.022
pH 8.01
Temp 81*
*KH 9.5
CA 430

Have you either tried fragging off some of the good remaining unaffected polyps... or doing some type of antifungal dips ( furan2 ) of sorts

I removed a good chunk of the colony, the most infected part, and gave it an Iodine dip yesterday. Didn't really seem to help much.

You might want to raise your SG higher as well......I know some people have had good luck that low but the average in the ocean is 1.025. Not to say that, that is a contributor but that is low from normal standards.....Might want to try as suggested a Furan dip, cause it could also be a bacterial infection which Furan is good for as well.....
