I want to know what I should turn off while feeding and for how long, for now I only turn off my power heads and I turn them back on few min. after feeding?
Unless you have filter socks that will get clogged, I wouldn't turn anything off. You'll likely lose a little food into the overflow, but I'd rather have the fodd flying around the tank and make the fish work for it a little. It gives them some exercise.

i don't turn off anything when feeding (even when broadcast feeding to corals). If you're worried about food getting into the overflow, you can use a feeding ring that floats on the surface, which allows food to become hydrated and naturally sink.
I do turn off my return pump for 5 minutes to prevent the food from being sucked down the overflow and into my filter socks. I also ramp down my powerheads to 50% for 5 minutes.
