Whats the best order to put the filters for an ro/di unit? sediment, carbon, ro, di or sediment, carbon, di, ro. or does it really matter. while were on the subject of filters, does anyone know how your supposed to hook up a flush kit for these? Thanks. :hmm3:

sediment, carbon block, RO, then Di

flush kit is just prior to the RO,, I made one myself though.. post RO
.. 2 quick connect valves, one to a flush (waste) line, the other continues to the Di unit. Prior to taking water out of my resevoir (shut off valve) I close the line from the Ro to the Di, and open the waste line. I then flush for a few minutes until (I have a TDS monitor dedicated to post RO detection) I see a reading of <10 ppm, Doesn't help extend the RO life, but it does help immensely for he DI lifespan.

mad it goes on the waste output line right after the membrane, the long tiny tubing goes in first into the 1/4", good luck
