Help with flow design in new tank...

We are in the planning stages of a new tank. The tank is going to be a 240g (96x24x25) peninsula style/room divider. I would like to run a wave box in addition to streams. The tank in general will be very similar to this tank. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1036087&perpage=25&pagenumber=9
Unlike that tank, I would like to keep only one overflow on on side of the tank. Is this possible, or is it crutial that I go with a center overflow? The aquascaping will be very similar so any help with placement of streams would help also. I would like to keep everything to the one side or hidden do to visual reasons but looking for any and all possible advice!
Thanks in advance,
James

Also, this will be a full mixed reef. Lots of everything, euphillias, sps, other lps, softies, etc...

I would go with 1 tunze wavebox and 2 tunze 6205 stream. With that you'll be able to have flow throughout the tank as long as you have an open aquascape...

am I going to be able to have a overflow on the one short side (penninsula) or does it have to be in the middle...? and any idea of placement of streams, the aqua scape is going to be fairly open with small "islands"

My tank is peninsula style with the ext overflow on the short side... You should be fine. Just tell your tank Mfg to cut the teeth a bit deeper...

I agree with Steve, you will need a 6205 on either side but if necessary you could place the one on the viewable side in a Stream rock.
