I have a 25 gal cube and have been looking on how I should have the flow set up and how much flow I need without having a sand storm. I'm open to all suggestions and would not mind seeing how you have your set up. I have 2 power head now with one pointed at the front glass and one going from left to right.

I like to keep my water circulation at 20X or more. so for your tank I would say 500gph would not be far fetched.
There is no predetermined way to set up flow as far as I am concerned. Every nano tank that I have seen so far is different .
Liverock is random shapes and the way people set it up to their taste is alway different.
Random flow is always good .you can use a product like hydorflo or something similar.(link below)
The main thing you need to do is eliminate dead spots in the tank. you will recognize the deadspots by an accumilation of algae or sediment. It is just a matter of adjusting and tweeking the flow to get it right.
