Help with Frogspawn

I have a frogspawn with 6 polups on 2 stalks. For the last 2 days, 3 of the polups on 1 of the stalks have not been opening. They have actullay been withdrawing for a few days, until they just are not comming out at all. They didnt start this until I added a couple of zoanthid frags on Monday.

Any ideas? Is this common?

Until just recently it has been opening fully and seemed happy.

Water change and carbon just incase of toxins being released from the zoa's.

Well, things seem to have gone from bad to worse. The 3 effected polups have apparntly ejected their tenticles. The other 3 on the second stalk seem to be doing fine, and are open as large as ususal.

Any ideas?

Should I cut off the now dead branch or leave it?

I am going to do a water change and I have already been running activated carbon.

If it were me, I would add an Iodine supplement after a good sized water change. Then cut off and remove any dead polyps and dip the rest of the coral in an iodine based dip for corals.
